From the signal flags in the bathroom to the rowboat beached on the breakfast bar, this nautical one-bedroom, one-bath condo will have you singing sea shanties! Don’t worry, the master bedroom is outfitted with a spacious king-sized bed, instead of the traditional sailor’s hammock. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and an enormous walk-in shower to rinse off in after a long day at the beach. Don’t forget the personal washer and dryer; no one likes sandy towels! The spacious kitchen and living area is furnished with a beach-y blue sleeper sofa, perfect for lounging and watching the goings-on in our courtyard. This view of the courtyard, through the floor to ceiling sliding doors, adds a touch of the tropical to the already beach-y feel of the condo! The large screen TV in the living room is perfect for watching movies at night or your favorite sporting events.
This condo has an open view from the balcony of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.
Our resort encompasses an entire oceanfront block and allows for the easiest beach and pool access on Tybee. The brand new pools include a large heated pool for year round enjoyment, as well as an even larger family-friendly sloping entry pool. Outdoor lounge seating completes the pool area along with a walk-up bar and restaurant at the onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen. Air-conditioned bathrooms and outdoor showers at the beach entrance make your visit even more enjoyable.
If you would like to travel with your dog(s), we allow up to two dogs, with the addition of a one time $100 pet fee per dog.
Beachside Colony Resort & Vacation Rentals offers the only on-site rental office on the island, open 7 days a week, and ready to help you with any information or tour booking that you need. Our resort is located on the beach, right in the middle of Tybee Island, a spot that puts it one mile from the pier, the hub of the island’s shopping and nightlife, and one mile from the Tybee Light Station, one of only 7 colonial-era lighthouses still in use in America. Directly across the street is Tybee's Memorial Park and our YMCA. This park features tennis, volleyball, basketball, and an amazing playground for kids of all ages as well as picnic and grill areas which can host small to large family gatherings. The island's library is also just across the street.
There are many restaurants within a short walking- or driving-distance, but after a long day on the beach, we invite you to enjoy The Deck Beach Bar and Grill; not only is it right in the middle of the resort, it is the only true beachfront dining experience on Tybee!

Beautiful, big condo. Fully equipped. Nice and clean. Great location. Grounds and pool were very nice . Good beach access. Restaurant/bar on premises was very good. Prices there for food and drinks cheaper than other restaurants and bars in area and the food and service was great. I loved my week stay and will definitely go backThe condo could sleep 4 easily Less than 1/2 from Savannah so it made it easy to go there and then come back and enjoy the rest of the day at the beach and pool Beautiful area

Lovely spot
Very clean! Roomy condo with great amenities and views of the water. We LOVED the Deck restaurant on the property. I would recommend to a friend, but caution them against weekend travel-too busy and loud. My only problem was we traveled by plane and did not know certain items would not be available in the condo (beach/pool towels, beach chair).

Excellent stay at Beachside Resort
We stayed in the Beach Club Unit 116. The unit was beautiful, large, very clean and decorated beautifully. Only downfall was it’s very close to the street and a lot of road noise at night and early morning.

Great location
We stayed in this unit with our 9 year old grandson. The unit is spacious and was very clean and well maintained. There are two pools on the property with access to the bar from the pool area. Our unit was on the first floor facing the pool. We were facing the beach but too low to see it. We arrived after the office closed but they called us and texted instructions for check in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is huge and the shower is awesome with excellent water pressure. The beach was not crowded at all. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this unit again.

Great Anniversary get away
The property map was confusing when you are coming in after hours. The website was misleading as yes, it was facing the ocean, but not ocean front. I looked out over the pool and then the ocean beyond that. The condo was great & very well appointed. The floors had a lot of sand on them when we walked in the first night & we had taken our shoes off at the door. For the money we spent, I expected not to have to sweep the floor upon checking in. The staff at the beach bar were very friendly & the food/drinks were great!

Great Trip with the Grands
Overall Great Stay. I knew in advance the pool was under renovation, but it would have been helpful to have signs directing us to the beach access. The Unit was comfortable, but would have been nice to have pillows for the pullout sofa, we managed though lol. The jacuzzi tub was not working, so maybe check in advance if that's important to you, still enjoyed a great soak and the shower is Awesome.I don't cook on vacay, but the kitchen is well stocked and I used the W/D every day. I would def stay here again.

Weekend get away
Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Good location between north and south beach. Pool is under construction wasn’t any issue for the 2 of us but if someone is coming with kids and expecting a pool to swim I’d check first to find out if it’s completed before booking. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay!

Nice Place
Very pretty and clean unit right on the beach. We loved the view of the pool and palm trees from the balcony. The only thing we didn’t like was the rude and arrogant outdoor bartender from the adjoining bar and grill on the afternoon of 4-22-21, but we had all kinds of other nice restaurants within walking distance. Office staff at the resort was friendly and professional.

Definitely would stay again
Beach wonderful!. Condo wonderful - great layout. Loved staying on the beach and be able to run into Savannah for sightseeing because it was so close. Only disappointment was that the heated pool wasn't heated. Had two different stories as to why, but I do believe it was due to a compressor not working and they didn't have the new one installed yet.

Beach Bliss
It's been a while, maybe a year, since I have been to Tybee Island. Beachside Colony is so nice and relaxing! I loved the convenience of walking just a few feet to the beach. It is not crowded and loud like the pier area. Accommodations and amenities in the condos are excellent. My favorite part of the stay was sitting at the pool, ordering a tropical cocktail and lunch by poolside, with excellent service. If you stay at Beach Club, you can sit, relax in the sun, and not have to get up from your chair all day if you like! If you are the sporty type, there are many activities to take advantage of as well. Enjoy the closest beach to Atlanta!

First Visit To Tybee!
The property is in a Great Location on a beautiful part of Tybee Beach. The Condo was decorated Beautifully and for the most part quiet despite facing the pool and lots of guests at the time of our visit. No issues with check in or check out, our complaint would be the tile floors in the Condo are a beautiful ceramic like tile and while swept clean if you walked in bare feet our feet were black it was apparent they have not been washed down so we wore shoes or socks most of the time. The Kitchen was stocked fairly well except for spatulas pretty difficult to turn an egg or hamburger with a rubber scraper all in all it was great vacation and we enjoyed the area very much, Bonus being a stones throw from Savannah. Would highly recommend a vacation or get away to the area

Toynbee March Getaway
We had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again. However, we did have an issue with the cable TV in the living area. We had no signal, so an employee came to fix it. All he did was take the cable box from the bedroom. Thus, we had no TV service in the bedroom. This was irritating. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Condo Living
The location was excellent and our unit provided almost everything you needed. the place was clean when we arrived. They were upgrading the property and that become very annoying.Painters were there during our one month stay and we could not use our balcony. The restaurant hung a tarp on their outdoor pavilion for painting and it totally blocked our view of the sunrise and the ocean. Outside steps were under construction for more than a month which meant use the elevator which took much longer than walking the one flight of steps. We thought maybe we would be compensated for all these problems but they thought not. Hopefully next year will be a lot more uneventful. Other than that I liked the pet friendly place.

Perfect Condo
This condo was great! I had everything we needed. It was up to date and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds at this resort are immaculate. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site, Marlin Monroe's. The food was delicious and it was very convenient!We enjoyed this condo/complex so much that we actually stayed an extra day. We hope we are able to book this condo next year!

Very happy with this rental
I have a back issue and found this rental because of the couch. I have stayed in Savannah and Tybee before, but this rental was so awesome!!! It was very pretty, spacious, affordable and my wife and I are looking to re-rent this condo again in a couple of months. I didnt want to leave!!! 😀

Easter getaway at Tybee
This unit has a beautiful view of pool area and beach beyond! Love the way it was decorated and the lack of crowds that are at the public beach access. Only one drawback: It is advertised to have sleeper sofa and it does not. Thankfully, we took extra bedding and got creative for the kids.

We have stayed at Beachside Colony before and truely enjoyed it. #116 is in the perfect location. Not too far from the pool or the beach. The only thing I might suggest is updating the bedding in the master bedroom.

We loved everything about the property!!! The only reason for less than 5 stars was the bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned. There were dirty footprints still in the shower and bathtub both, that came off with me simply wiping them down... Other than that little issue, you add the wonderful staff + great location + the beautiful condo + price = wonderful vacation spot !!!

loving Tybee
This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. Units are always clean and very nice. Staff is always friendly and willing to help any way they can. We ate at the restaurant on the premises one night and it was delicious. Only thing I can say is I wish we could have had an ocean view unit.

My Tybee Island stay
My stay at beachside was very pleasant experience,for my wife and I. My wife has expressed that she would like to return soon. Those persons charged with caring for the tenants is nothing short of outstanding from the front desk personnel to those you ask to proform a service. We will probably return again before the end of the year. It was an great experience.
