Robert Frost may not have visited Tybee Island, but had he done so, he most certainly would have chosen this two-bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo! The view is spectacular from the private balconies off of the living area and master bedroom. In the master bedroom, you’ll languish on the king-sized bed and enjoy all of the amenities of the en-suite master bath. The second bedroom is dominated by a fluffy queen-sized bed, and is just steps away from the second full bathroom. The full kitchen has pristine white cabinetry with matching appliances and looks out into the bright and cozy living room. From there, step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the view, for though you, “cannot look out far, and cannot look in deep, when was that ever a bar to any watch we keep”?
This condo has a wonderful view from the corner balcony over the dunes and out to the ocean. Perfect for viewing breezy kites, beach activity and ships in the distance. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

This condo was absolutely stunning! The décor was tasteful and elegant, with every detail thoughtfully chosen to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The highlight, though, was the oceanfront balcony — truly perfect. We spent hours there enjoying the sound of the waves, morning coffee with sunrise views, and evening breezes under the stars. The condo was spotless, well-equipped, and felt luxurious yet comfortable. It was the ideal place to relax and take in the beauty of the ocean right from our doorstep. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway for my wife's birthday.

Fall Trip to Tybee
We had an amazing stay in this 2-bedroom oceanfront condo! The views were stunning — nothing beats waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. Check-in was a breeze, and everything was spotless and ready when we arrived.The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. We loved exploring Tybee in the fall — the weather was perfect for long beach walks, bike rides, and visiting the lighthouse without the summer crowds. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and we even caught a gorgeous sunset at The Deck Bar & Kitchen just steps away.It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We can’t wait to come back and make this our go-to spot for fall. We are hoping to make it back for the Tybee Art Weekend.

Beachside Colony Resort was perfect. Had balcony overlooking the ocean. Weather was very windy during our visit due to the hurricane but we had no trouble finding things to do and places to go. Restaurant in resort was wonderful. We ate there twice. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Unit 431
Very satisfied. Stayed in this same unit in Oct 2023. Very clean. Interior furnishings are beachy and fun. Love the location and the oceanfront view. Pool area had been redone since last time and it was nice. All 5's. The only problem we had was the keypad to get in - every time we had to key in the code 4 or 5 times before the door would unlock and that was a pain.

If you are looking for the view of a lifetime, this is the place. The condo is very clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week stay this summer. The pool and ocean are very convenient.

Tybee Island Beach House 431
We arrived early and enjoyed a very nice lunch at the Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen. Check in was simple. Condo was very big,very nice,clean, well kept, my wife even commented on how nice and perfect the paint job was in the condo. As per my wife, who booked the place, this condo was more costly than others, but once she saw it in person, she understood what we paid for.

This condo is meticulously maintained. Centrally located on the island to easily walk to most everything. Convenient to go into Savannah for a multitude of activities and restaurants. Any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Unit 431 was clean, loved the decor, loved the ocean front location, awesome having 2 balconies. Mid October weather didn't cooperate with wind and rain for most of our stay so didn't get to enjoy the pools. Overall it was an excellent condo.

Fantastic Property!!!
Planned a last minute Senior graduation trip/gift for our daughter. Did some research and was fortunate to not only find Tybee Island, but got extremely lucky this unit was available and our dates worked out. Absolutely fantastic Mgmt team and unit. Older couple enjoying retirement
Had the very best time! Loved everything about the place. Only one personal preference we had a problem with in our individual unit,,,the patio chairs,,,very nice quality but sit too high like bar stools. We like comfortable short chairs for relaxing with morning coffee or evening wine. Also children could lean over rail and fall off these higher chairs.

Great Location on Tybee
What a wonderful location! Just walk out onto a beautiful beach from our condo. Very nice pool and the Bar/ Restaurant had good food and very friendly staff. The office staff was also very helpful in preparing us for our stay, answering questions, and giving good recommendations. Would highly rerecomend this spot for experiencing Tybee Island and Savannah.

Condo was clean and inviting and fully stocked. Was able to get a keurig for the week we were there - very convenient! If you get there, be sure to go to AJ’s Dockside restaurant. Great food!

Great view but don’t look at your feet
Gorgeous condo, great location, fabulous beach view. Mid island is my perfect place on tybee—still some wave action but not very crowded or noisy! 2 troublesome problems w condo. VERY LOW water pressure in entire master bath but the worst one was nasty floors. Our feet were black, had to wear flip flops whole time inside. Just LOOKING at floors, they appeared clean and didn’t notice any grit, sand while barefooted But those floors were filthy. If I were the owner or the manager, I’d sure want to know about this, and I would have a little “Prayer meeting” w housekeepers. Bc I’d seen this same complaint before in the reviews, I really thought it would no longer be a problem. Wrong! The nightly rental rate on these beachfront units is not cheap and I personally expect more for the $. Granted, I did not complain to front desk, and maybe I Should have. I will def inquire about housekeeping/ cleanliness before I rent there again, even tho this is my fav location.

Weather was great. Pool area needs more furniture. Advertising notes heated pool,but none were heated. Larger pool was heated in past stays at same time. Solar cover recommended. Unit furniture needs updated. Larger tv screen etc. Daily mgmt.staff not professional. Smoking/vaping in customer area should be discontinued.

Our winter getaway: 43 days on the beach!
We had a great time escaping the harsh northern Ohio weather. Even though we spent a lot of time hunkering down because of COVID, we still managed to take walks on the beach, visit historical Savannah, and enjoy take-out food from local restaurants.

The Beachside Colony staff are fabulous! The complex location is mid/north on the island with easy access to everything. The condo is beautiful and spacious with a nice size balcony (for the three of us) off the living area and a cozy balcony off the master bedroom for morning coffee in your pjs. The oceanfront view is exactly what we needed, nothing between you and ocean except sand dunes and an expansive beach. There were only a couple of negatives for me, the living room area doesn't have comfortable or enough seating, especially didn't like the loveseat. The other are just picky things of mine, the dishwasher looked dirty on the inside and the lack of extra trash bags available. Other than that, I highly recommend Beachside Colony. Oh, if you get the chance, eat at Sundae's Cafe, the food and service are special.

Very Dirty Condo
The location & the condo was lovely. Although the condo itself was VERY dirty. Upon arriving I spent the first half hour cleaning the kitchen. There was black marks all over the cabinets,food all over the walls, hair in both bathroom showers & not vaccumed at all. The house keeping really needs some help in this department. I was very disappointed. We paid alot of money for this condo for the week & we expected it to be very clean. The condo really needs a good "spring cleaning". I sat on the floor with my daughter to play & there was old spaghetti dried up under the TV cabinet on the floor, it was so dusty & the floor had sand all over it. My husband & I are not complainers but for the cost of this condo it needs some serious help in the cleaning department.

This 2 bedroom condo was everything it said it was. It was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to see the most beautiful sunrises from the balcony and wonderful sunsets from the beach. I would stay again for sure in this unit

Spectacular view compensated for some shortcomings in the condo.
Location was fantastic! Dale was extremely welcoming and informative. Generally, the unit was clean... except for under furniture and in some corners where dust and dirt were found. Kitchen has utensils and pans; but, all inexpensive and very well worn. If you love to cook, you might want to bring your own knives and pots/pans. What's there is ok for simple meals. Despite those minor items, I would stay again.

Great family vacation
We had four ocean front condos with ocean views. The three pools helped keep adults and kids and babies separated somewhat and were clean with a waterfall in the 1ft pool that our grandkids loved. Easy beach access(private). Our rooms were VERY spacious with only a couple glitches with the washer and sliding door handle in the 312 condo. The staff help with anything you ask. We would stay here again. 23 miles from Savannah(almost a straight shot to town) Reasonably priced restaurants with American and lots of seafood.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable. If we had cooked it had everything we needed. Nice balconies. It was a nice surprise to have a private balcony for the master suite. I would have liked it to have had at least one mornings’ coffee supplies as we got in late and I had been accustomed to at least one days supply of complimentary coffee.

Tybee island Idyll
Great/we relied on yr advertising having never been to TI. I had my family in 3 different units and at the campground. All were v. Pleased w/ accommodations and loved our little 'verandah' w/ view of the ocean and passing ships. My grandkids lived the pools. We enjoyed yr proximity to Savannah so we cld do a day trip and all of us climbed the lighthouse and toured the museum. Thanks!

The layout was perfect the view fromthe master bedroom,kitchen,living room was amazing so beautiful and peaceful. Excellent Place to Stay on Tybee
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachside. We were able to bring our dog which is very important to us. The only problem, a minor one and just a part of condo upkeep which is to be expected, was being awakened by the sound of water pouring onto the balcony outside our bedroom. It was extremely loud, sounded worse than a major downpour. I assume it was someone pressure washing the balcony above us and the overflow was pouring off onto ours. There were a couple of times the elevator wasn't working. As I said, those are minor issues, however, to be expected with an older condo. We would definitely stay there again.

I was assigned this unit because the one I requested was booked. The staff was friendly and courteous even after I called upset about being relocated. I was very skeptical, because I have never visited this location, but once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised.The pictures do not do it justice. Awesome location and view! I was able to watch the sunrise without stepping foot outside.

Great location, comfortable, tasteful furnishings. Pictures on Beachside Colony website did not prepare me for the nonstop view from the living room. Gorgeous. The condo itself is much nicer than the pictures. The property itself is comfortable, the pool setting is nice even in winter - one pool is heated. Plus I brought my dog - lots of places for him to walk on site. I will definitely be back.

I really liked the hotel/condo we stayed in. It was a two bedroom two bath that was very nice. The staff were friendly. The condo was close to Marlin Monroe's, the beach and the pools. The view was excellent from our balconies. The only complaint I would say I had was that the sliding glass door to the living room was horrible. It is in serious need of replacement/repair. Sliding the door was difficult but really did not detract from my vacation. The place has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove.... the works. Everything worked great. If you plan on staying in #431, plan on purchasing some plastic cups. The kitchen didn't have a lot of glassware but that didn't detract from my stay either. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very nice. It was very spacious , pretty, had a great view & was in a great location. The only thing that we had a problem with was the floors. Although they did not look dirty we had to wear out shoes inside the entire time we were there otherwise your feet/ socks would be very dirty, quickly...

Great place!
I definitely enjoyed my stay. I only had one critique: Only 1 trash bag was provided. I had to make a special trip to the store for trash bags, which was irritating. Other than that, the place was great!

Favorite Vacation spot
Have been enjoying the Beachside Colony for many years and have brought friends many times. The Beach House condo has a great view of he Atlantic ocean, is tastefully decorated, well equiped and very comfotable. The staff addressed any problems forthwith and are lovely people. Tybee at the Beachhouse is our favorite vacation spot, and only 30 min to wonderful Savannah. We are returning with friends from Australia in September.

Awesome time!
We really loved our trip, and our condo..#431. The three tiny little pictures on the web site do not do justice to this great place. It is really lovely and quite LARGE! We had plenty of space for three adults and 2 kids! Location was great, pool was super fun, great time had by all! Might want to add a few more items to the kitchen, like pot holders, a few more forks, some plastic cups/plates for kids, etc. Loved the experience and will return for sure!

stay at beachside colony
Over all the unit we stayed in was clean. I would have rated it higher except that the tile floors were not very clean, especially the grout. I don't think it was supposed to be black! I would still recommend this property, and stay again. You can't beat the location. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the restaurant.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us Ms. Funk. I apologize that the floors were not clean enough. We have been trying to figure out for years how to get the grout in the units clean again. We have purchased a commercial floor scrubber and are going to use it to clean the tile floor in all of our units.Fun time was had by all!
We had a rocky start, dishes in the cabinet were put up dirty, no dish towels and not enough dinnerware. But once we got passed all that, the location is great, view is even better. Fun time was had by all. Really loved the place. Will stay there again! Thanks

We had a wonderful restful, leisurely holiday in comfort, with spectacular views of the beach, at our favorite condo at Beachside Colony. The weather was perfect too. We try to come here at least twice a year. Love it.
