This newly renovated 3 bedroom is the perfect choice -whether you're planning a family reunion, a couples' trip, or extended girl's weekend! This condo is a gorgeously appointed three-bedroom, two-bath unit that will make any group feel at home. Greet your guests as they come in with a drink at the wet-bar, then escort them through to the kitchen, gleaming with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is plenty of seating for all, from the cozy living area to the breakfast bar that wraps around the kitchen island. When it's time for dinner, seat everyone comfortably together at the banquet table for eight. The master bedroom offers a king size bed second bedroom a queen, while the third bedroom cuddles you in its soft twin beds. Each bathroom is resplendent with its enormous walk-in shower. The patio walks right out into the well-manicured courtyard, bringing you just steps from the pool and the beach. Large flat-screen TVs are situated in the living room and each bedroom, so even on Game Days, you'll never miss a second! This condo does not allow pets.



This condo balcony and patio has an open view of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.



Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. We offer unparalleled access to both the beach and pools, making it the most convenient destination on Tybee Island. Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. We had only 48 hours to spend on Tybee so we wanted something centrally located, with a pool and easy access to the beach. This unit mid-island at Beachside Colony was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, updated, clean, and comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive, providing information for check-in and check-out seamlessly and quickly resolving our minor issues. You quickly can be in the pool or on the beach, parking was easy and the on-site restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend Beach Club 117!

Best Condo on Tybee!

We stayed here for 6 weeks during home renovations and it felt like home away from home. So spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. We also loved the location on the first floor being able to walk through the courtyard to the pool (heated!), the beach, and the Deck Restaurant. It was also nice being walking distance to other great restaurants/bars in the area. The staff goes above and beyond and is just a quick call/text away. Thank you so much for all your hospitality, we will be back and will recommend you to all our friends and family!!!

The condo was wonderful and roomy. Balcony wasn’t very big but your access to the pool area was great for the kids. Only complaint I would have was washer/dryer was WAY too small, could barely get 3 Beach towels in it but other than that it was an amazing place to stay!

This unit was perfect for a family with children. Although you cant see the ocean from the balcony, you were able to walk right out to the lawn and pool. So easy with kids. You actually could see the water just not the beach. Although we did stay plenty cool, the A/C could use some work. Would definitely stay in this space again! Loved it!

Newly Renovated and a STAR for us!

This newly renovated 3 bedroom condo was more than we expected. It was so easy for my elderly mother to come and go to the pool with just a few steps from our back patio. The condo is very open with a large kitchen and dining area. Great for serving a group, but we ended up eating at the onsite restaurant because everyone loved the menu. This made it great for the moms to enjoy vacation also!

We loved the easy location of this newly renovated condo. It had everything we needed for the young kids and the grandparents. It is near the elevator so perfect for my older parents to access and the pool is right out the back patio which was perfect for the kids. The new renovation looks great! This was such a wonderful place to stay. My five children, ages 17 down to 4, and I had a blast for 6 nights. The location was perfect for my taste; a long walk to the pier or a two- or three-minute drive. Rental was a roomy and comfortable stay that opened up to the path to the pool. Pools were just the right size for the smaller children to get very good practice swimming without my worrying of being too far to help if needed. Staff was informative about the area and pleasant in responding. A great time that I hope to enjoy again.

My friends and I stayed at the colony for a wedding and could not have been more pleased with Rm 117. It had fresh furnishings, plenty of room for 6 or 7 people and had a patio that walked right up to the central green. Our whole group said they would stay here again next time we are in Tybee!

Great location, wonderful for kids. Clean and attractive. Down side was no kitchen supplies, had to buy everything from cooking oil to dish towels; and we had a storm that brought tons of water into the master bedroom through the sliding glass doors, using up all our towels to try to prevent damage.

Beachside Colony Resort is a very nice property, however #117 has some issues. It's a lovely condo but the industrial sliding glass doors (use to be automatic doors) whistle when the wind blows and one of these doors is in the master bedroom on the front of the condo. The wind whistling through the door does not make for restful sleep, ended up sleeping on the couch. Also the shower in the master bedroom only has, at best, lukewarm water, no hot. Had to use the shower in the other bathroom. Also there is no toaster in the condo, had to get a toaster from the main desk, as the toaster oven did not work. Other than these issues, the condo was nice. Also would like to see a direct route to the beach put in on the property. It was a little annoying having to walk through the pool area to get to the beach.

Loved this condo and its location. The mattress needs replacing in the front right bedroom. The luggage carrier to transport luggage from the car to condo is in poor condition(cut my leg on it). Loved our stay overall. The condo was very comfortable. We were happy and satisfied. It was spotless and the staff was professional.

I like this condo because it was very clean, renovated nicely, and had 3 beds of adult size (2 king, 1 queen). 3 couples stayed here for 2 nights and it was just what we needed. A nice place, clean, spacious, on the beach, back patio leading right to the pool/beach/bar. I like the beach location away from the noise/trash of the pier, but still within walking distance. The condo was the best part of our vacation. Thank you!
