This elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is quite simply a home away from home. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring an enormous walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and personal television, and is just steps away from the second full bathroom. The full kitchen gleams with new counter tops, hardwood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances and looks out through the cozy living area festooned in warm earth tones, to the private balcony on which you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail as you gaze out to the ocean!
This condo has an open view from the balcony of the lawn and pool area in the center of the resort. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.
Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. We offer unparalleled access to both the beach and pools, making it the most convenient destination on Tybee Island. Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. The pool area is complemented by outdoor lounge seating, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. Additionally, our onsite restaurant, The Deck Bar and Kitchen, boasts a walk-up bar, ensuring that refreshments are always within reach. Enjoyable vacation @ The Vue 224
Everything was very nice, the lady checking everyone in was very friendly & knowledgeable, but she was by herself, a one-woman show, she truly needed help during check-in & check-out times. The only things we missed in the kitchen were a wine bottle opener, tongs, extra frying pan, one just wasn't enough to cook breakfast,but we made it work. The floors kept the bottom of our feet black. There were no swiffer sheets to go with the mop or broom, so we couldn't use them. A channel explanation list for the TV would have been helpful. But, we had a fantastic time. It was beautiful. The condo itself was extremely open, the rooms were nice. The pools were well kept and easily accessible. The beach entrance was easy to find and walk through. We would use this place again. Booking was easy, they answered every question we had timely. A great experience.

Labor Day Trip
Overall the location to the beach was perfect, however, it's not close to other restaurant or shopping. So you either paid for parking or the breezy bus ($5/person each way). There is a restaurant but the menu is the same for lunch/dinner and so are the prices. Overall we had a fantastic time and would vacation here again!

Positioned in a great spot!
Ample space, clean! Loved the table with moveable cushioned square seats and the neat little tic tac toe game with starfish and sand dollars. Loved that I could see the ocean and pool view. Loved to feel the sun on my face while sitting out on the balcony. The property manager was amazing. She showed us another unit for our future trip back. Love BeachSide Colony. Have been coming here for years! Stayed back in the late 90's when it was just an L shaped motel. The grounds and courtyard are beautiful and very well maintained. Beautiful to see at night too when it's all lit up. A must place to stay when visiting Tybee.

Second time visitors - another great stay
Perfect location! Great customer service. Very clean unit. A few suggestions: provide more toilet paper and garbage bags. Would also like to see a “share” location for things unable to take home. For instance we paid $25 for a boogie board and just had to trash it - would be nice to have a community share location.

Always nice at BC
We have stayed a number of times at BC and always enjoy it. Only place we do stay on Tybee anymore. The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

Best place in Tybee!
I have visited Tybee Island about 9 times sine 2009. Beachside Colony is by far the best place to stay on the island. Ocean front, on site restaurant, and two beautiful brand new pools! It is also located in the middle of the island so you are within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too!

Paradise!!
The very best rental experience we have EVER had!!! This place had everything and the location was perfect!! It was spotless and VERY safe!! They had a pool, an onsite restaurant that was fabulous, a beach view from our condo and parking was great!! We were even able to bring our fur baby and they had a dog park!!! The office staff was bar none the nicest and most professional people !! I just cant say enough good things about our visit!! And I cant wait to go back!!!

Always enjoy BC
We have been to the Colony several times and keep returning every year except for a hurricane and the government shutting the country down. We plan to keep returning every year God willing. I think that describes our vacation. The only letdown was the pool area was still under construction which we like to spend a lot of time sitting and enjoying our family.

A Needed Refresh
An affordable three day refresh at the Ocean. Beachside Rentals is so accommodating. This visit was booked only a day before we arrived. Great view and condo, accommodated my husbands limited walking and great food at the on premise restaurant.

Great Vacation
Beachside Colony is a great place to stay! I recommend it to everyone!! Condo was awesome. Pools are great. The Deck, great food and drinks and even greater Employees!! I can't wait to come back in August!! We got in early and we were able to use the pools and go out to the beach, and our condo was available earlier than it was supposed to be. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!

Roomy condo
Loved the 2 br 2 ba unit for our recent stay at Tybee. Nice view. Sliding door was spotless. Floor wasn't as clean as I'd have preferred, so wore shoes the entire stay. Noticed a fishy odor in frig, and door was streaked from improper wiping (?) but barely used kitchen anyway. Not a lot of glasses or cups for a 2 BR. Still--Very nice unit!

Location good, would stay again but please read my review
The unit was ok. We would stay again. However, the mattresses are due for an upgrade and the unit smelled of stale smoke. It got better once we aired it out. Location is good and we enjoyed a day at the pool and played bags provided by the office.

Beachside Colony
We love coming to Beachside Colony Our favorite place to stay on the Island. Few things that we would suggest though. Being the first time we arrived after hours it would have been helpful having been provided a map or directions to condo we had reserved. We spent over and hour locating it and were not the only ones We met two other families that had the same issue. When we finally located it, the code did not work to get in. After few phone calls, it was straightened out. Also, there was no bulb in outside light in our door entrance We asked numerous times for new bulb to be put in but never was during our entire stay. We will stay here again but little things like the above would be very helpful. Love Beach Colony!!

Home away from home
We stayed here 5 years ago and we enjoyed our stay. This time I decided I wanted to share the experience with my kids and granddaughter. If my husband and I come back to Tybee this is where I’d like to stay. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Overall it was a good experience. The unit is pet friendly but Tybee does not allow pets on the beach. That was not posted anywhere on the resort property. A nice stranger told us when we had our dog on the beach. The balcony railing was NOT connected to the walls, only the floor. That could be dangerous. There was only 1 trash bag provided. More would have been helpful. An ice machine would be nice too. The master bath needs painting. The pools are small. The unit had plenty of room for a family of three or more. We had a view of the pool area and could see a little of the ocean. However, I booked through VRBO rather than the resort itself.

The View of the Vue
We had a wonderful time while staying at Beachside Colony Resort! This was our 25th trip to Tybee and our third staying at Beachside. We're so happy they reopened after hurricane damage over the last few years. We had a beautiful unit and enjoyed our experiences with the office staff. My only complaint was the bed in the guest room - really really uncomfortable and bumpy! We also asked for the air to be reset because 70 degrees at night after a day on the beach is WAY too hot. The thermostat is determined by the owner but Mrs. Sandy arranged to lower it a bit. Thank you for saving our stay, Sandy! We will definitely stay again!

Pleasant as usual
We stay here when we vacation with other couples.It's comfortable and feels safe. We like to cook seafood a couple evenings when we stay for a week, but you never know what cooking pots will be available in different units. Not a deal killer. We have stayed a few times now and will stay again. We like the staff, friendly and helpful as most Southerners are in Georgia.

We have never visited Tybee Island, Georgia before. We stopped at the first resort which was Beachside Colony Resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the staff members gave us a tour of several of the rooms. There was no reason to look anywhere else, as this resort was amazing. We would definitely go back to the resort if we were in the area again!

Wonderful Experience
The property is conveniently located along with the updates and maintenance. Vue 224 had all the amenities needed to accommodate our pleasant stay. Property manager and front desk were available, polite and professional. The only draw back was the carpeting needed shampooing. I would recommend this to any traveler.

Vacation at Tybee
Some areas of the property did not seem clean,especially corridors where I noticed a light was broken the first night of our stay. The light was never fixed before we departed 3 days later. I love this property and will come again but just wish a bit more care was taken of the interior areas.

Good Job Beachside
This was our fourth year of staying in this unit, and we have enjoyed all of them.Thank you for the new front room couch, it is much more comfortable than the previous one. We were diappointed that Marlin Monroe was not open for buisness (except on one busy night), but hopefully it will be next year.
