The three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront unit has plenty of room for the whole family! The master bedroom is gorgeously arrayed in spa-like tans and whites with a king-sized bed and ensuite master bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms boast a queen-sized bed and twin beds, respectively, and are only steps away from the second full bathroom. You’ll feel right at home in the pristine kitchen, stocked with all of your culinary needs. From the kitchen, look out into the spacious living area, cozily furnished in warm tones that blend form and function into a perfect space for enjoying a movie, dominating at family game nights, or simply taking in the unsurpassed view of the waves just outside your window.
This condo has a wonderful view from the balcony over the dunes and out to the ocean. Perfect for viewing breezy kites, beach activity and ships in the distance. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

The was the most perfect location. Easy access to the beach and wonderful views!! Condo was mostly accommodating for 3 older ladies. A walk-in shower and raised toilet would have made it much easier for the older sister. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable week. LOVE, love, love the views. Beautiful sunrises!

Right on the Beach
This rental was wonderful for what we needed. It was clean, and so much bigger than we anticipated. The view of the ocean from the balcony was gorgeous, and we were literally steps from the beach. Also an easy drive into Savannah for other activities!

Awesome Condos
Our daughter was recently married on the beach in front of The Deck, adjacent to the Beachside Colony Resort. The reception was also held at The Deck and it was so nice having our condos in the same venue. These condos were perfect for our family! The service we received was exceptional. Every time one of us called the front office, the staff was always kind and helpful. The manager was easy to work with and proffered. The condos were roomy and clean. We loved the pool, easy access to the beach, and walking to The Deck for meals. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Spring Beach Vacation 2023
It was amazing! This condo was perfect in every way. Great furnishings, plenty of kitchen items and a coffee pot. Everything worked properly and it was spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were outstanding and the sunrises were unreal! I will go back to this condo again! Thank you Beachside Colony for another great vacation!

Beach 434
Office and restaurant staff was excellent. The unit's floors and tubs had a greasy substance on them, very slick. No grab bars in the master tub which is dangerous. Otherwise, it was ok.

Oceanview for days!!
This condo was more than we could have hoped for. It was clean, well equipped and we could not get enough of the oceanviews. We watched ships headed into the Savannah River, kite surfers, storms coming and going. It was absolutely beautiful. As wonderful as the balcony was, we did spend most of our time walking on the beach or at the oceanfront pools and restaurant. The pool bar was a must do each afternoon. I cannot recommend it enough. We look forward to a trip next year.

Mom and Me Trip
Mom and I had a fantastic time staying at Beachside Colony. The condo was perfect for us. Being right on the beach, having the beautiful pool area, and The Deck restaurant .. we almost didn’t need to leave! Of course we did, and found Tybee Island, and nearby Savannah to be fun!

Enjoyed Our Stay - Great view!
The description of the condo was accurate! We had a wonderful time with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with items for us to cook. The only two suggestions I would have is to upgrade the "old-fashioned" coffee pot with a pod-style for K-cups usage. And, it would be helpful for the cleaning company to wipe the chairs on the balcony as they were very dirty and we had to clean them before we sat outside to enjoy the view. The management team on-site was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely look at returning to Beachside Colony in the future, especially since many condo's allow fur-kids!!!!

Our Spring Get-A-Way
Our overall stay was pleasant. We love the location...can’t beat ocean front. Working with Beachside Colony management is always easy...always friendly, helpful and competent! Some points of the unit were great, comfortable living room furniture,plenty of hot water, good washer/dryer, tvs in every room. However, the owner needs to do some updates. We found stained mattress cover, stained pillows, stained beddings, tile floor so dirty couldn’t go barefoot, kitchen not too well stocked, patios chair cushion falling apart. We made the best of these concerns, but will not book 434 again.

Always awesome - love Beach Club Colony. This is our 5th year I think. 434 is looking tired, however. Patio furniture is awful. Master mattress should be replaced or at least flipped. Living room rug is gross.

Ok but not what I was expecting
We had a nice time despite the poolNot opening until Thursday. I thought the beach itself was really nice and wide and clean. Our condo felt smaller and more closed in than I had hoped and was far more dated than I had hoped. I didn’t like codes changing on gates mid week without notice.

Needed better maintenance
Great view & price. Drawback- dishwasher not working (told previous renter reported it)- handwashed dishes. Guys came up several times to try to fitx it- couldn't. Coffee pot dirty- filter full of grounds, coffee still in pot. Had to get same guy (dishwasher) to return to unlock our door by resetting something. Couldn't lock it from the inside and outside.

Family Reunion
We had our family reunion at Tybee Island and rented several condos. The rental agency was great in accommodating our request for the units to be near one another. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the balcony. The on-site restaurant was good. And of course, the beach was perfect!

Bravo Beachside Colony Resort!
When we were planning a trip (including our dog) for the purpose of moving our oldest daughter to college, we were initially considering securing accommodations in the historic district of downtown Savannah, GA. However, the prices of the hotels in that area were higher than we had budgeted to spend and most were not “pet friendly.” After researching additional accommodations in the surrounding area, we discovered the small beach community of Tybee Island, GA. Beachside Colony Resort’s amenities are second to none. We enjoyed the ocean view balconies, private beach access, on-site pools, a beachfront restaurant as well as on-site garage parking, all conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The three bedroom, two bath, two balcony condo (Beach House on the Dune Unit #434) that we rented provided amazing third floor views of the ocean with even better sunrises from our balcony each morning. The ease of getting our family and beach gear to the beach was very convenient via a very short private walkway. One evening, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner at The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen. Our waitress, Steph, provided one of our best meals! Towards the end of our scheduled stay at the resort, we had asked the office staff if we could possibly extend out stay by one night. Unfortunately, the pet friendly condos were completely booked at that time. To our amazement, the staff contacted Jennifer on her day off and, within an hour, we received word that Beach House on the Dune Unit #422 had become available! Although one floor lower, this absolutely adorable two bedroom, two bath, two balcony condo provided very similar beach and ocean views. While the physical facilities are so beautiful, it’s really the people of the resort who make the vacation experience. Simply put, Beachside Colony Resort outperformed our greatest vacation expectations in every way. We will certainly be back again!

GREAT CONDO ALTHOUGH IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED FOR IT TO BE READY WHEN WE ARRIVED. I SUSPECT THAT THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH HOUSEKEEPERS TO HAVE EVERY ROOM READY ON TIME. HOWEVER OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED WOULD COME BACK AGAIN

Great place to stay!
We stay in one of the Beach House properties every year. This unit has definitely been recently updated! 3 new flat screen TV's and new decor since the last time we were there. Also, these units are always clean, but this year was exceptional! Dawn did a great job! Staff was very friendly and helpful as always!

A TRUE Beachside location
Lots of space. Very clean. Balconies over looking the ocean. Experienced a breathtaking sunrise. Very close to everything on the island.There was some noisy construction going on at the pool. One elevator was out of order. The walkway light by our room was not working so it was pretty dark at night

It was very nice I loved the beautiful view of the ocean the pool area was very nice. I can't remember the women name who helped us but she was new and very nice, very helpful, had agreat attitude. We came on a good day they were having a parade. All the staff I ran into was awesome this is a wonderful place to stay if your thinking about visiting tybee island. My condo was amazing we didn't want to go home very nice lay out the kids are down the hall from master nice big dinning table I could talk all day. I've already planned a trip with some friends they were in love after seeing the pics. 🙂 you want regret it.

A Week on Tybee Island
We had a wonderful week at the Beachside Colony Resort. We had an 8 month old baby with us, so the heated pool was wonderful! The beach outside the property is beautiful - very wide and clean. The maintenance department was very prompt when we had the dishwasher back up into the kitchen sink. We would definitely come back again to this resort.

Great With A Few Exceptions
The view is spectacular and the location is the best on the island. I had to do some cleaning when we got there, but I had cleaning supplies with me. My husband was disappointed that we did not have high definition TVs....that could be an update and the WiFi hardly ever worked!

February Stay
We enjoy our annual Monthly stay at Tybee Island and at Beachside Colony In particular. Even though this was a colder winter then usual in Ga and worse throughout most of the country we enjoy our stay with beach views, fishing access and the heated pool access always available and used a number of days. My only very minor suggestions for our unit at this time is for better setup for the TV's,Router and screens/lock for the deck doors. Hope to see you again possibly later in the year and next year. There is a reason why I am a "regular" visitor
I've stayed in many of these units and have not been disappointed. It's basically like having all of the comforts of home, but at the beach. We bring snacks and goodies to keep in the kitchen. While we eat out most meals, we usually stay in for a few as well. It's located about halfway between the lighthouse and the pier, which is where the crowds are if you are into that. If not, the beach right outside your door is never crowded. The unit we stayed in has 3 bedrooms, which allows everyone to have a bit of their own space, in addition to the great room and dining areas. Would I stay again - you bet. The only problem is that I have to make reservations 3 months in advance to get the week I want...

Winter Visit
We have enjoyed our annual visits. The accomodations are very good and management very supportive plus the other people staying at the same time are very friendly and welcoming. We left some minor observations on things in the unit that could use some extra care but nothing major.Thanks for another very nice visit to Tybee and Savannah.
