This spacious condo has three bedrooms. There are two King Bedrooms
and one Queen. All bedrooms have a television and Wi-Fi is throughout
the condo. There are two bathrooms. The master bath is located en- suite and there is a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap around balcony from the Master bedroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom which opens off the hallway and has a pocket door that opens into the second King bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pantry and laundry room.
Beyond the kitchen is an open living area that has a dinning table
that seats six. There is plenty of seating in the living area to watch a large screen T.V. , Cable Wi-Fi and internet There is also a large glass sliding glass door that opens to the tiled balcony which wraps around to a high top table that seats four. In addition there are two high wooden chairs and additional chairs for guests. There is a pretty view of the beach from the balcony.

It was a nice place. A little older but very functional and clean. Close to the beach with a view from the balcony and master bed room of the ocean. Family had a good time.

Family Vacation
Our vacation rental at Beachside Colony was perfection. The home was so clean and comfortable. We arrived and were able to unpack and feel at ease immediately. It was cozy with a such a pretty view, the palm trees right outside our windows and the ocean. We thank Dorean and all the ladies for being so kind to us during our reservation process. The pools and the bar were a short walk as well as the ocean. Our favorite meal we had in Tybee was eating at The Deck onsite at Beachside Colony.

Perfect 3 bedroom for our group!
We had an awesome time at this beach condo! It’s super spacious with 3 bedrooms—perfect for our group. The place was clean, comfy, and had amazing ocean access. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The onsite staff was really friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beachside location in clean, spacious condo
This condo was perfect for a 3-day weekend getaway with my family of 4. We enjoyed views of the beach and ocean breeze while having our morning coffee on the patio. Even though the patio the parking lot, it was peaceful and very relaxing. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient to enjoy the beach. The only problem was the WIFI didn’t work the first day but maintenance gave us an alternative network to use by day 2. Otherwise, everything was great. I would stay here again.

Beachside Colony vacation.
Staff was very helpful, room was perfect size, beach access was awesome and it wasn’t at the main public access so the beach wasn’t too crowded.

Great condo with a short walk to the beach
The condo was very nicely furnished- the recliner sofas were a big hit. The balcony had a table for eating and some chairs. The view isn't beach front but you can see the ocean. The parking is very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. We could have used a few more towels.

Excellent Stay
The vacation rental was amazon. The location was walking distance to stores, dining, and seconds away from the beach. The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Very spacious and all necessities were provided.
