The smiling marlin above the couch is only the first of many smiles you'll experience in this two-bedroom, two bath condo! With new carpet in the bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bath, in addition to a floor-to-ceiling, sliding-glass door leading out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and direct access to the second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV, of course- it's vacation time! The fully-equipped kitchen opens into the spacious living area with plenty of velvety, cushy, coastal seating for the entire family. This flows out to the sliding-glass door leading out onto the balcony. The entire unit is bedecked in soothing tones of blue and green, much like the ocean waves that you can hear crashing down just a small walk away.
Summer Winds is situated behind Beachside Colony's town homes, but is mere steps away from the beach beyond, with a view overlooking the pool to the horizon.
This condo has a large balcony with an interior property view. All of our condos have elevator access. Two assigned parking spaces are available for this condo. located under the building. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Tybee Island , GANice Location for Quiet Weekend
We enjoyed this location for a relaxing fall break weekend for our family getaway. The resort had a nice pool and a good selection of food/drinks at the attached restaurant. We could walk to the north beach shops and restaurants easily, and the south beach ones were just a bit further in the opposite direction. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the three of us.

Amazing place to stay!!
Checking in and out is super easy. The staff is super nice especially the captain. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Easy access to beach and pool. We loved it there. It a little secluded but so quiet and peaceful.

Perfect Tybee Location and Price!
We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Beachside Colony. The location was perfect — just a short, easy walk to both the pool and the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. While the unit doesn’t have a direct ocean view, that actually worked in our favor because it came at a more affordable price point compared to similar condos right on the beachfront.The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials like cookware and utensils, to extra towels and linens. The living space was cozy and nicely decorated, and we appreciated having two full bathrooms, especially with kids in tow. Both bedrooms were a good size, and the beds were comfortable.We also enjoyed how quiet the complex was in the evenings, which made for restful nights. Overall, this condo was a great value and made for a relaxing beach vacation. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

I love staying on Beachside Colony properties! They are easy to work with, accommodating, and reasonably priced. The properties are clean and the location is great! The beach is just steps away and there is a restaurant on site that I have found to have delicious food and drink. Can’t wait until next time!

Overall positive experience at Beachside Colony
To start I would not describe this as “beachfront” there were other buildings behind us that hindered the ocean view. The view from our windows/balcony was the parking lot and building behind us. This was not a big deal to us but just for clarification to prospective renters. It was a short walk to the beach that we had private access to but the beach itself was not private. The unit we stayed in was very nice, seemed to be well kept and was clean upon arrival. We tried The Deck restaurant attached to the resort and really enjoyed the food. The pool was also very nice. My only personal complaint was the parking area. There were cement block walls and a portion that jutted out a foot or two from the wall near adult height, the walls were all the same color and I hit my head on this piece so hard I thought I might have to go to the ER. It was not clearly marked as a hazard. Although I am OK, this really put a damper on my vacation for a day or two. Otherwise the unit, location, staff and amenities were pretty great! Thank you!

Better view than expected
This 2 bedroom condo was in a great location to enjoy the pool and beach access. We had a partial view of the ocean that was better in person than the pictures online. The condo was very comfortable and had all the kitchen items we needed. The washer and dryer really came in handy since we had 2 kids with us. We plan to come back in July.Absolutely LOVE Beachside Colony!

Tybee Island stay
I stayed a week at this rental with 3 other gal pals from church. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The condo was clean , beautiful and very comfortable. We had the best time. I think there should be a safety lock on the inside of the door so no one can just walk in , such as housekeeping ��I didn’t understand why the resort had trash pickup so early especially in Saturday after it was just done a day or 2 before. That was strange and sleep disturbing but overall it was wonderful. The staff that I encountered were so kind to us. Very helpful. Especially Doreen. Stacy herself saw to our stay and we appreciate her so much. We had a blast.

Beachside Colony has something for everyone!
All of the kids loved it. The condo was clean and had a sleeper sofa that our teenager loved. We enjoyed bike rides and a dolphin tour this trip but loook forward to visiting downtown Savannah next time. We love staying at Beachside Colony and afternoons by the oceanfront pool and restaurant.

Relaxing Vacation
We loved the island it was beautiful and at the time of our visit tourist population was at a minimal amount. We enjoyed not only our stay, but the ability to walk and visit the establishments on the island. We were able to walk the beach every morning and evening at leisurely.

Cover for electric outlet was ripped off, carpet was stained, looks like housekeeping did not take anything off the dressers and wipe it down. There was a re-useable mop head in the washer. Elevator was very very slow. Celling has tape hanging from the kitchen.

Very nice beach getaway
This condo’s location is perfect. Nice view of the pool and the ocean behind it. Access to the beach within steps from the building. Delicious restaurant within the condo’s premises. Very easy and friendly check in and check out process. The unit itself could use a deep clean. It’s tidy and looks ok but here and there are some neglected areas (vacuuming under the beds, new carpeting and shower liners needed etc) that if addressed, would provide a spotless environment. Overall quite satisfied with our stay.

Nice little weekend getaway
This condo was really nice! Loved the way it was set up and decorated the beds were comfortable and it was clean! All you needed was a broom so we could sweep the tiled floor! A great place nice people! Wishes we could have had ocean view!! But we could see a little from where we was! Great price for where we were located! Enjoyed it!

Great stay
Our family getaway was great. The resort is on the quiet side of the strip yet had plenty of shops and restaurants. The unit was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. We did have trouble figuring out the door lock systems without instructions. We were very disappointed the board of directors closed down the pool without warning due to covid 19. The pool staff had been wonderful at keeping it safe and clean. At least the beach was a very easy walk just past the pool. The WiFi was excellent. Great stay.

Beachside Colony Resort stay
Condo was very clean and nice. Location was great! Was behind another set of condos so only had a very small view of the beach, but had very short walk to the beach. Security was great with coded gate and condo door entry. Can walk walk north about 5 minutes to coffee shop and excellent restaurants. Overall a very nice stay.

Girls trip
The only thing that would have made it better is if we were beachfront. That was my fault for not paying for beachfront condo. From the pictures I thought we were closer to the beach than we were. Everything was wonderful.the balcony was very large & that was wonderful

Relaxing Family Vacation
We initially rented a unit in The Vue but the AC went out prior to our arrival. The check-in staff was very apologetic about us not receiving the unit we rented but instead offered a unit twice as big with better parking at our same rate! We were estatic to say the least! They handled everything perfectly and our accommodations far exceeded our expectations. This is our third time in Tybee and our second stay at Beachside Colony. We will definitely be back! Very kid friendly and an overall wonderful family vacation experience!

First Timers in Tybee
Our rental was so close to the beach. We made good use of the elevator since we were on the third floor. Parking was a reserved space under roof with room for 2 vehicles. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Wish list: kitchen scissors, facial tissues, sponge for dish washing (all small stuff, but usually included at other places we have stayed). Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Tybee Island, and enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and very comfortable. If had to complain about anything was we could have used more towels, as the washer/dryer are very small and took a long time to wash all the towels each day.

Our stay was very peaceful & very quiet at night. Close to everything. Staff very helpful. The only thing I would change was a new Queen mattress in Owners Suite & directions for working t.v. Other than that nice, average condo.

End of Summer Vacation
We took our family on a end of summer vacation the first week in August. Tybee is our favorite beach because it's less "toursity" than so many other beaches (like Panama City for instance) and it's got a wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Though one row back from ocean view (you have to make your reservations earlier than we did to get one of those), the accomodations were nice and roomy and it was still just steps to the beach. We took my family of four, plus my mother and step-father and had plenty of room. The restaurant on site was tasty and very convenient - we ate there twice. Be sure to try the shrimp nachos because they were excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice stay!
We rented this for the Critz 1/2 marathon. Had a great time. Great location and enjoyed the heated pool. Even though it was cold it was great to sit on the pristine beach.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway
Beautiful setting, excellent room, friendly staff. Very Clean room with all tools needed to fix an excellent meal or a cup of coffee. Island was more laid back in the off season, got a real feel for the Tybee way of life. Most of the restaurants were open with shorter hours and great food. Beach was much less crowded. great for walking and running. Water was is winter. Temps were very mild compared to Ohio. I have stayed at Beachside Colony in the past and it is always a good value. I will return in the future.
