Beach Club 136 is a beautifully appointed TOP FLOOR, 1-bedroom, 1-bath ocean-view condo located mid-island at Beachside Colony Resort—an ideal retreat for a romantic getaway or a relaxing coastal escape. Perched on the top floor, this residence offers one of the best vantage points in the building along with a peaceful, elevated perspective.
At over 950 square feet, this condo is exceptionally spacious for a one-bedroom, giving you plenty of room to unwind and truly settle in during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area and features a convenient breakfast bar, making it easy to enjoy meals in or gather for morning coffee. The bright and airy living room offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa for occasional guests, and a dining area for four. Sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony, where you can enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and take in the lush, park-like grounds of one of Tybee Island’s most sought-after oceanfront resorts.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Located on the third floor of the Tybee Beach Club building within the Beachside Colony Resort complex, this condo includes elevator access and comes with two covered, unassigned garage parking spaces. Guests also enjoy access to resort-style oceanfront pools, direct beach access, and the on-site oceanfront restaurant, The Deck Beach Bar & Kitchen.

All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Our recently constructed pools feature a spacious heated pool for year-round enjoyment, alongside an expansive family-friendly sloping entry pool. Conveniently situated directly across the street from Beachside Colony is Tybee's Memorial Park, offering a wealth of recreational opportunities for guests to enjoy. This picturesque park is home to various amenities, including tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a captivating playground suitable for children of all ages. The Island’s YMCA is adjacent to Memorial Park and offers day passes for visiting guests. Additionally, the park features picnic and grill areas, making it an ideal setting for small to large family gatherings and social events.
If you would like to travel with your dog, we allow up to two dogs, with a one time pet fee of $100 per dog.
